I know a couple guys on here have recently tried the Yokohama Advan Envigor in hopes of better tread life. Can somebody report back on your experience so far. Pros & Cons, grip and performance versus the usual premium summer tires, noise, ride quality, etc. Their treadwear rating is almost double the typical performance tires that most folks use, so I'm curious to see how serious the trade-offs are. I do a lot of miles commuting so I would love to find a longer life tire, as long as it still performs well. Thanks guys.

love mine. quickly... i have about 3500 miles of street driving on them. i use sport alot and manual some. no noticable wear yet. they are not as sticky in hard fast corners (traction light bounces on and off) but aggressive street driving i hardly notice a difference. they are GREAT in the rain when i accidentally get stuck in it. road noise is quieter if anything. i only have them on the rear so im not quite sure what they would feel like as far as steering feedback. but the car rides just as nice as it did with a good set of Pzeros under it. my Pzeros only lasted 4k miles.

i would definately buy them again. and i plan on replacing the front pzeros with these when they wear out.
