Cool. If you enjoy tracking your car, come down to Tobey Beach on the 30th for autocross (big parking lot of jones beach on the north side). It will be nice to see some AMG representation.

Ive seen them race before. Its short with alot of turns track. Not really good for a heavy car like the C63. Besides you cant really open it up,straightaways are too short. You need a tossable car like a evo, sti, porshe. BTW I will be away that weekend bummer-I like to watch.

Looks like they will have two more events there on Nov 7, and Nov 21st. You'll be able to catch those. BMW club also has some events at Nassau, though not sure how late they run in the year. SCCA is done for the year.

It's a matter of trusting the car! Comming up to an almost 90* turn at 100+ then accelerating through it with the torque in the 63 is a little worrisome to me!

remember no trophies for trackdays just have fun. but watch out once you start down the dark path the next thing you will be buying a truck, trailer, exige, radical, tire warmers etc..

Truck I have trailer I've been looking for the right one... I'm a car guy. Speeds my thing?? I love the versatility in the c63 small enough to have fun fast enough to keep up with the big dogs at the track and practical enough to pick my kids up from school.. There not to many cars that can do that like the c63. I don't want trophies just love hearing holy ***** I can't believe that's a Mercedes!!!!!!!

It's all out!! I got it up past 160 there's a bit of skill which I don't have you needvto exit turn 3 fast like I posted up top I was exiting 110 or so the guys with experience were getting 140.. The event coordinator (Seth) took my car around twice and got 170+ but yea ***** to the wall.. They rent this course every couple months
