what is used for installation of the front lip? Just 3m tape or screws also? I ask because they say no drilling required into the bumper

That is what Arkym want to advertise using original bumper holes
However, when we install the lips for C63 customers we always made the new drill for secured and tight fitment
So, expect the drill holes underneath the front bumper when install the lip
