Tow hook license plate braket??

Here's what you do...
1. Get double-sided tape.
2. Apply to license plate.
3. Drive to DMV or to any LEO.
4. Have them sign off on the ticket.
5. Pay nominal "processing fee" ($25 in CA).
6. Remove plate.
7. Lather, rinse, repeat.
I've been cited for no front plate 3 times and I refuse to rock it.

Just got 2 fix-it tickets: no front plate and tint. Is there any penalty for having been cited for the same thing more than once? Or just the $25 processing fee every time? Thanks in advance!

The fee is the same, although I imagine they may keep a record of your violations. I was smart with CHP once and he marked my fix-it violations as "non-correctable" but I still got it waived because I had someone sign off. I had to go to the courthouse thought, PITA.

If you're running no front plate and get a parking ticket in West LA, it will cost you $56 for the parking ticket + $25 for no front plate. They'll even make sure your registration is up to date. Thank goodness parking enforcement can't give tickets for tint!
