today its been about 29c (85f) with about 75% humidity. Its not so much the heat that kills our performance here in the Northern parts of Aus but the humidity. I dont know what the DA is. If i run an 11.90 again in this heat and humidity il be happy, if i beat it il be cheering. But i honestly doubt il beat it.
You never know what you'll run, you might surprise yourself.
