Rear view camera--night vision?
Hi all
I noticed the other night while backing down the driveway in the pitch black, I could see really well on the back up camera.
It looked like black and white with the brightness turned way up.
I was able to back up perfectly with just the camera
Anyone know if it's night vision?
I know that my F150 camera is totally useless at night.
Just thought I would share

What you're seeing from your camera isn't night vision, but in fact it's just the Low Light abilities of your camera. I hope that clarifies things. This also where I think the OEM camera is garbage. The aftermarket units actually display in better color quality as opposed to just Black and White.
