M3 Coupes have pretty nice V8s...
We should get a pretty nice V8 too, if were nice to MB this year, maybe Santa (who if you've been watch TV lately, is working at the Alabama MB plant, and drives a red SL63) will give it a 5.5TT...

2010 C63 AMG
I think because the rear window is taped up it seems like the rear is elongated and makes the car look a bit disproportionate. I agree, once the tape comes off it might get some of its flare back but again I don't think its going to have the umph of the sedan. Still would prefer to get a E63 coupe over this thing, but to each is there own.

2013 G63 AMG
The e coupe looked awful in spy pics, and it looks great now, especially with the amg sport package, and there's not even a full out amg version of the car
im sure you'll all love this beast when its official pics come out, aswell as the black series

2009 C63 with Eurocharged tune and charcoal delete
Compare the coupe to pics of a sedan and it's obvious. The rear wheel well is too small in relation to the hight of the rear fenders so it looks bloated in back and throws off the proportions. That's why it looks like a Honda. Same problem as the CTS Coupe but not as ridiculously bad. Any car designer will tell you that this ratio is what makes cars look hot (or not), that's why they always put giant wheels and tires on concept cars.

No joke, I saw the C coupe driving the opposite way on Pacific Coast Hwy today around noon...
White with black tape all over it and Michigan plates.
Looked decent at a distance.
Took me by surprise.

And what's going on with making the car look so raked? There's a crease that seems to start from the centre of the front wheel and points at the rear spoiler. Is that just the camo?
Fwiw, imho the e-coupe should have its rear wheels moved back by about 3-4 inches. Failing that, I think the Brabus is the way to go.

too soon to judge now, but well see see how it it looks completely once the camo is removed

BMW E92 M3, C63 AMG (Soon)
I think this design has potential as well.
With this coupe being released relatively late in the W204 lifecycle though; will it be outlasting the sedan production.. Possibly into the next generation?
I would possibly be interested in getting one. But I'm a bit hazy on whether it would be marketed as a W204, the next generation, or something in between?
Anyway, I'm a fan of this generation's C-Class for sure, just am interested in how long Mercedes plans to build the coupe version!
