I'm not arguing that fact at all.... and I didn't mean for my post to be about Evosport's quality of products. In fact, the reason I posted was to warn Evosport (a reputable company on this site) that it's affiliation with a growingly-hated company on this site (Powerchip) may have a negative impact on their name/image in the marketplace.

I have a powerchip tune and have gotten nothing but the BEST customer service. I'm extremely happy with the product. I don't know where all the hate comes from and how people have such polarizing experiences. I dealt with Matt VP of Operations at Powerchip and the dude was replying me at 1:30am Central time. Thats still 11:30pm PST.

I will stand by powerchip and buy their tune again on my next car.

I wish to advise that no staff member or Director at Powerchip has ever edited the wikipedia entry for Powerchip prior to this post being made, and that the statements made that have been attributed to either Wayne Besanko or Powerchip were made by persons unknown to us.

I don't think so, there is more pulling power throughout the range. It was exactly what I was looking for. And I was also given the opportunity to get my OEM tune back free of charge (except shipping) within 30 days no questions asked.

For those of us coming late to this thread but who read all 3 pages and are still left in the dark, would someone please enlighten us all as to the substance of the relevant legal issues allegedly being pursued?

Hypothetically, why does Powerchip have standing to sue?

What imminent and concrete injury has Powerchip allegedly suffered as a result of TS's attempted sale of possibly authentic "Cargraphic" headers? And hypothetically what would be Powerchips redress? Is their one (i.e., is this alleged issue justiciable?)

Inquiring minds want to know.

There is no reason for me to get banned. I have not done anything to require. I havent said anything bad about Powerchip, all i have done is bring to light there actions towards me. Why Powerchip wishes to purse me is unbelievable. First it was in regards to false advertisement, now Wayne is telling me he is sending me court papers in regards to slandering, when i havent said anything bad about Powerchip.

I came for the Mercedes information, I stayed for the lols.

I wish to advise that police have contacted (or are in the process of contacting) the original poster in relation to events involving intimidation and harassment at Powerchips office today by two persons who attended the premises and took photographs and posted them on a web site , the actions were initiated and requested by the original poster who lives interstate who offered to pay a fee for carrying out the threatening behavior.

This is a very disappointing situation where our staff are now aprehensive to come to the office in the morning, and they have been advised not to attend the office tommorow until the court can make an order to stop the threatening and intimidating behavior.

Im am on your side 110% and I agree with everything your saying...but regardless,people have been suspended/banned as a result of these situations&I hope it doesnt happen here as well...
