For those whose dealer flashed over tune

For anyone out there who had the bad luck of the MB dealer flashing over their aftermarket tune, was there a line in your service order clearly indicating that such flash had been peformed?

When a C63 has your tune, and the customer takes their car to the dealer with your tune installed, does the dealer have the ability to flash over your tune with the most recent version of the OEM file?

What I mean is, can there be firmware compatibility issues?

Just asking because I've always been curious about this.

Thank you

we write our files so they are exactly like oem software, just with the power modifications. The dealer can easily overwrite it just as we can overwrite his.

A new firmware is not going to cause issues, you will just lose the tune.

When new firmware comes out, we always incorporate it to our latest tunes as well!
