Highest Mileage
There is no way I can only drive 75 miles per month with this car.

No not yet

Until 130k they were holding strong and they were still working well. For the last 5000km I could definitely feel some small steering wheel vibrations when braking from >130km/h. But I drove all the time in city traffic so I decided I will replace them at 140'000km.
I'll probably go with OEM discs and pads.

Search the forum for the numbers. But the rotors are usually fine if you are on the stock pads. Just get new pads and throw them on.. I just did this and saved a nice 3k.
I got the specs on the rotors from the dealer. Measured with a caliper. I had only used 1mm on them and they are good for 3mm of wear.
If they aren't warped you can usually just throw new pads on and it will be fine. I am using RS4 Porterfield pads from formymercedes.com. My stock pads used to squeal, these do not.
I said no because they were not warped and worked just fine.
And I did another 50'000km on them. Mainly on highways.
I'll post pics of the rotors after 140'000km once I have taken them off.
Did you do any track days? Winter driving with salt on the roads?
224 to go!!! and I shall see what all the HYPE is about

btw, I average 12 mpg (city). I can't even imagine what I will average once she's broken in!!! hahahahaha
