hey guys.. i dont know if anyone remembers me from the w211 section (i owned a 2004 e500) around early october i purchased my c63 and since have not come to the forum, just here to pretty much help anyone out as for mods i will list below and will post images soon! any question on how i did the mods or where i got them feel free to contact me

paint: black, interior: black leather/walnut trim

exterior mods: 20% tints all around (50% windshield), tail lights tinted 5/10's (medium) with the white of the tail light untinted, blacked out sidemarkers with white led behind, eyebrows + with white led's, stock xenon + to 9000k, 2/10 tint on the headlight (very light, pretty much just brings out the black housing interior ever more if anything), fog lights yellow tint film (looks very true to a yellow bulbs effect, but debating putting in HID's soon to match my headlights), and white led reverse bulbs

interior mods: stock floor lighting swap with white led, hidden hardwire passport radar routing from headliner to pillar into glove compartment

future mods: mounting my gloss black p40 hre wheels w. p-zero tires (were on previous car), CF front lip, CF rear diffuser, and a roof spoiler

the picture was taken at 5 points in queens, its a building in long island city that you can go and view the graffiti others have created and if you tip them you are allowed to take pictures (in my case with my car) and you can give as little as a dollar, but its a great place to visit when in the city

Are your reverse bulbs stock? They look brighter than normal.

khmergod, i swapped them out w. white led one's (the stock one's are warm white, in the image they are cool white) now.. the led's work flawless w. no flicker or any issues in there.. BUT.. i get the error codes 1/2 the time.. i just need to figure out which two wires are the +/- for that specific bulb b.c. the bulb is on a circuit board that clips onto the back of the headlight, and then that circuit has a harness connected to it w. like 8 or so wires going into the harness so either i do some research and i find out which two wires work the reverse OR.. i sit there with a needle nose watt tester and i see which wires don't respond (when placed into reverse, clearly w. the e break on, the two that did not respond before should then work, thus i place a resistor on those two wires having no error) ill do a diy when i do it.. it's very simple w. plenty of room to work with and remove the bulb

thanks spec_davis, i'll definitely look forward to joining you guys for a meet in the summer! they are always great fun.. and for the times sq. pic.. it's fairly easy to attain! due to the new setup on broadway all the way down to times sq. since they closed it and made it a "park/square" and cars can no longer driver through they made a pedes. walking area (just an extra walking space aside of the sidewalk is what i see it as), a bike lane, and a parking zone.. thus there's just two driving lane's running down to where broadway closed for the park and so you can pull up with your car and park it in a first spot if you nail it, or are patient (i work in the area so i get it many times early in the morning) and then snap away!

as for the parking garage, no it's at my schools parking deck (montclair state univ. in nj)

you work right on Time Square. Sorry to say but that place is always crowded. traffic is horrible!

when you get in at 8am, it's so dead there is traffic to get in (but not specifically to the times square area (at least not as much or not yet) those parking spots i'm talking about that align along the middle of the road are all empty all the way up to 54th, so i have all the spots MWAHAHA!

i think we should all get a nice meet going in the spring

my friend has an s2000 and they have pretty large meets at the H-Mart parking lot in the spring throughout the summer, and edgewater starbucks use to have a decent meet two years ago.. then.. rice boxes ruined it for the rest of us so cops are a bunch of ****'s and will give you a ticket for ANYTHING if you go down there on a thursday night in the season.. counting my friends father who has a bone stock cl550 and just didn't have a front plate and got a ticket for it PLUS an obstruction to view for his greek flag he has hanging on his mirror, all the guy wanted was some coffee, nice 100+ dollar cup of joe!

but i think we should all find a nice lot and get a nice meet together, there are a lot of mb owners on here who would like to i say why not in the spring?
