I went skiing this morning and it is not that bad in light snow. I climbed to Auberge du Mont Gabriel (steep climb with light snow on road and no problem...).
Looking forward to putting the summer wheels and maybe do a combined photo shoot with both beasts (reunited at last in Montreal!!)

The car is dirty as hell already after highway driving in slushy conditions. I will get it cleaned before pictures (It's like an actress without makeup... you dont really want to see that!)

It wont see winter at all ! As for the PDI,they only did the mechanic chek up I would say...did the rest myself saturday morning in my garage! For sure this summer we should snap some pics together!
As for the 2011/2012 debate I thought about it deeply but limited to 30 units and all the options in it...it was almost a no brainer...for me I must say...

I at least would've done the same. Only reason i would go for 2012 in your case would be the improved interior, although the affalterbach edition has a bit more special interior than the other ones. Gotta love the exclusivity of it

Congrats to both of you MTL fellows for the amazing cars!! I would be afraid to drive this car in the winter with such a beautiful matte paint. BTW, how do you even wax this type of finish? Or fix rock chips?

You cant wax it or buff it at all. As for rock chips, well I hope I dont get one!

I just got my first AMG ticket... 96 km/h in 60 zone! I just stepped on it for one second and "boom"... red and blue lights in my mirror. I was with my step brother and we tried hard to make the girl go easy but the (*&?%"/ gave me the ticket anyways! 229$ and 3 points in the first 24h of ownership!!!

pictures finally taken (in the snow with dirty car) and uploaded to photobucket... Now I need to take pictures after tint that was done wednesday (50% all arround with endurance film)... I should post pictures between now and 6 months! I'm on call this WE so not much time to do it!
