Can I Run Lowering Springs on P30 Shocks?

Can I Run Lowering Springs on P30 Shocks?
Hi all,

Since P30 has the AMG suspension, which I'm guessing includes upgraded shocks and springs, could I put aftermarket lowering springs and not have to worry about blowing out the shocks? I know when I had my 335 BMW guys on the forums would put H&R springs on their stock shocks and they would blow after awhile. I figured the P30 shocks might be beefed up some and could handle a firmer, shorter spring since the P30 ride is so firm from the stiffer suspension.

Good to know. I never knew what all the P30 suspension entailed since it did not state on the window sticker. Are they any lower than non-P30 ones?
