C63 in the news for all the wrong reasons

That sucks for the owners...
One thing that stood out in that story...
"Police have advised motorists to lock their doors at all times while driving."
However, all of the folks being car jacked were either getting into their cars, or getting out of their cars, so unless they like to get in and out of their cars like they did in The Dukes of Hazard.. locking the doors means nothing. That and almost all cars automatically lock the doors when you put the car into drive, or start moving.
