I've been dealing with Revozport for many pieces.
They first sent me wrong pieces but they ALWAYS took good care of me , sending really fast the replacement parts.
Ken is the guy to go with. Very pleasant and reactive.

I know exactly where you're coming from. Placed an order for a Pulley with Evosport more than 5 months ago. After waiting 3 months I requested a simple refund. Today 2 months and in excess of 20 emails and it's still not sorted.
Frustrating to say the least.

ASFAIK, you can not get the "Big Fin" Diffuser by itself without the ground effects. When i purchased mine, I double, triple checked this with GMP and they said it was not possible. Maybe that's where the miscommunication happened? Anyway, good luck with the problem. Hope everything gets sorted out.

Ken is fixing the situation even its weekend and night time in HK his been exhanging emails with me. I must admit that I should have waited for his reply before making this thread, I apologize on that part, hope you guys understand my frustration.
