Based on Top Gear's review, the CTS-V would clean up. The Boss 302 is there because it beat the M3 around Laguna Seca and costs $30k less. It's a legitimate contender, if you look at objective performance (though it's clearly a step behind in 0-60 and 1/4 mile, which is odd given how much power it has).

A CTS-V wagon posted a better Stig lap than a Merc SLS.

just saying.... an m3 will never beat a c63 in a straight line. I have beaten multiple m3's and i know i cannot beat a c63

does anyone else think mercedes is giving BMW a thrashing?
BMW used to be the best, now they are driven by total fanboys and uh 30k millionaires.
i can't stand it when someone pulls up to me in an M3 and wants to race. i don't drive a racecar, i drive a sex machine. duh. i love my benz, and i never really loved my bmws the same way. the new M class is beautiful, the c class interior is now par excellence, and i can't wait for the new SUV coupe X6 rival.
