2013 C63 AMG Coupe

ordered the hood piece. it's actually a chrome metal piece and a sticker! it does not attach to the hood at all. it came with a flat piece of circular chrome, 2 screws, and a 3m sticker of the AMG emblem.

nothing to connect it to the hood. am i missing something? should i post a picture of what i received?
