Seriously, I don't want a coupe. I want a Black Series Estate. With those rear flares!

they need to come out with it soon!
I hope b/c of the revised dimensions that it will have the new engine. It would be a shame to drop in the same engine into a 2012 model as they had on a 2008 model. Yes, it's a great engine, but MB knows this Black Series has to blow the old CLK Black out of the water.

But it will look and drive really good, on and off the track. If it's following in the CLK63 BS footsteps, it will remain with a naturally aspirated power plant, most likely from the SLS, trying to compete with Porsche's GT3. I'd expect the price to be around the same as well.
I'm glad in a way the 5.5tt doesn't fit. Forced induction is a blast to drive but you have to keep your foot into it to get any decent TQ. The TQ in the 6.3 seems to be there all the time with not alot of throttle imput. I know at the end of the day you mod a forced induction motor for globs more HP/TQ but thats what my other ride is for.

Well, when there were lots of BS sitting on the lot in December of 2008, you were able to get $20k off instantly. MB had a $15k dealer incentive on each one of those cars. I tried to get one, test drove, it etc., but they wouldn't go down to my price (we were off by about 6-7k) and I didn't want to go over my budget.
IF the power is there and it performs well (sub 7:40-50 ring time and 0-60 in the mid 3's), then $125k would be an ok asking price (plus, the price keeps the rif-raff out)
. I think it'll be about $115k (similar to the starting price of a GT3).The only problem now is, you're driving a 100+k C-Class, lol.
