No just seats. Also included was carpets with red pipingall arround.
The price of the special edition was almost the same than a fully loaded C63 (Extras not available as options were the paint + painted wheels (arround 6-8k) and the stitching + embossing in the headrest. I consider it a fully loaded C63 with 8k worth of gift from MB.

here is the link for the front spoiler. The rear diffuser is also from the same seller but I bought it from AnthonyD, a member of this forum who also bought an Affalterbach.
They have a "new" model that was not there a month ago but I'm not sure I like it... plus its more expensive.

I may have missed it, but is it held on with double sided tape, or drilled?
