He should beat all the MB record with that much power. (there will deft be a new record all he has to do is make it down the track, 1st S/C clk63) cant wait for results this is going to be fun.

But remember one thing, we are talking about Fontana, its 3 or 4 tenths off right off the bat. I'm not making excuses but I doubt we are going to see 9s outta this car at Fontana in late April, elevation and temps are not in my favor.

Are you tuned for a specific octane at that psi?
I have to admit, I'm really surprised you can run that much boost on this motor.
I know that a completely stock L99 motor with a 2.8L twin screw (it's a GM powerplant... basically the same thing as the LS3...) run at 16 psi bent all the rods during a track outing. But, the engine held up for numerous runs at like 12-14 psi.
That motor was 10:4 CR.
Obviously, I would wager that the M156 is more durable, but it's also higher compression.
I really hope your engine stays safe. And I'm sure with all of the engineering and R&D that has gone into your car, almost everything is accounted for. I did notice that your AFR looks very conservative, which is great. Obviously, that point where the line goes a bit rich must have to do with the slippage on the rollers.
I wish I could see your car run. But, I will be unable to attend. I wish you the best of luck.

17 inch MT drag radials, skinny 155's up front on 5.5 inch wheels and a drag specific custom suspension. No reason to even waste any time trying to run the Corsas at the drag strip with this kind of power.

Ok, spent 10 minutes and the C63 is fully modded is unplayable. Wheel spun like crazy with so much smoke. Could only drive in straight lines because once you turn the wheel, you go sideways. Sounds familiar! That's right! That's exactly how the car drives with a heavy foot....

Please do tell... Did he increase the head gasket thickness?.. running with stock compression 14.5 psi should destroy the motor almost instantly
and if not then these 63 motors are not what we all thought they were
A 250 shot of nitrous should be ok then

I am 100% they lowered the compression ratio to run forced induction on the car.
