FYI, the easiest tech inspection in the world...no tech inspection at all, we were running tow vehicles trailer and all down the track. The BS ran a 24.1 in the trailer behind a. Toyota Tundred with a 6 inch lift and 20s.

How could that happen and it's happened before? We all have the same stock pulleys I've never heard of any breaking..
Doesn't seem right but if you say so..

You ran a 24.1 with all that? Not bad. I think my mom's old 96' Land Cruiser wasn't too far off of that. Haha

So, what are you going to do about this continuing problem with the idler pulley? Maybe get some billet ones made?

If Rick ran an 11.5.. I think thats a CLS63 record? I tell you what The Rick vs Josh (Juicee63) battles at Famoso were a ton of fun to watch.

EDIT: I just got a text from Rick he ran an 11.5 @ 125mph

Yep.... that beats his old record of 11.66 @ 121 mph. I think he now holds the record for the quickest/fastest CLS in the country

I think there is video of the Tundra w/trailer pass. We backed it up on a second pass so its official. Unfortunetly is was the highlight of the day. I expected something to break but not the part that ended up breaking. Got the launch and 60ft with the new set up figured out, that's a good thing I guess. A bad day at the track is still better than a day at work. Congrats to Rick for settting a new CLS and personal best record.

Yes I ran a constant 11.5x all day and my worst 60's ever of 1.99 I have New tune and also a different nitrous setup so I was learning for most of the day.. Also once I set the nitrous ramP to "ON" i ALMOST HIt he wall .. had 40psi in rear tires.. Well from what I can tell from the car today it can do much better and I now know how and what to change
Again a HUGE thanks to jim and crew..

It is indeed a work of art...but that bathtub in your trunk, Jim aint the best thing I've ever seen - Who the hell made that thing?
Thanks for setting up the day, sorry I had to bail early, but it was fun nonetheless seeing your car run. Don't sweat it man....you will get it shaken down in due time...just need to run that thing more and figure out where the bugs/weakpoints are. Pretty clear that OEM idler wasn't meant to handle that kind of shock loading LOL. And that paint job....WOW is all I can say. Earl Scheib could have done a better job blindfolded

Nothing steller but consistant, a 1.52, a 1.55 and a 1.58, should be in high 1.4s 8 think but consistant 1.5s is nothing to sneeze at.

Ya, the paint work is going to get straightend out when I get the car back home, kind of a sore subject. Great seeing you, gotta do a road course event soon.

Very nice, quite indicative of whats to come. With those 60's and the power shown in your dyno you will most likely be in the high 9's.

Hope you get back out soon.

Congrats on your passes today, great seeing you again.

BTW, did you get your EZ up? When we were pulling away we say the wind grab it and blow it across the lot.

Thanks for the sandwiches to.

Thats some great 60 foots, in a c63 with that 60 foot is a good 10sec pass, just wondering what were the passes you made during practice ?

Great job btw your car sound like a beast. Any chance you will make Atco or MIR anytime soon?
