AMG & RR
I see about 1-2 a week. Mostly always when I'm not driving mine. lol
Since I bought mine back in 08 two of my neighbors bought one on the same street. Strangely enough I don't see them on the road as often as you'd expect but I mostly spot other C63s in the area, white, silver, black, and grey are the only ones that I get a glimpse of.

Seems like our cars are pretty care (with the slight exception of Los Angeles) but obviously there are more cars there than in any other city in the country!

2009 C63
Other than C&C in Irvine and the guys down at ACG in San Diego I've seen two - one broken down by the side of 15 south and one out in the desert in Borrego Springs. Pretty rare car.

The last time that i seen another C63 besides mine, was back in March. And that was at an AMG event in Bethesda, MD.

I used to live in Manhasset (still head to Gino's whenever I'm back in town )....It's literally dozens of S-Classes, you can't go more than 1 block without seeing another one, and at one point I counted at least 7 in sight driving past the Americana, counting a few in the parking lot. Two S65s within a few minutes of each other the same day. But C63? Maybe I don't look hard enough, but I barely see them anywhere. I did notice one last week though.

As for the C63 sightings, ...I notice them a lot more now that I own one. I a bit disappointed, since I wanted a more "rare" car. However, M3's are a dime a dozen, and I still love knowing I have a better car. :P
Houston is a large city, and the area i'm in is the "nicer side". Guess as the saying goes, you don't notice them unless you're looking for them.
2-3 a day on average, on a 14 mile trek back and forth to work.

'15 E63S wagon
I see C63s almost daily in my area. Theres a silver P31, a standard black and another white one that are all local cars I see regularly. They are very popular with the 20-30-something crowd here. E55/E63s and CLS AMGs are much more rare around here though still around enough to notice.
BTW I was down in Beverly Hills last week for business and not 30-seconds after I pulled past Rodeo Dr, a black unplated SLS rolled past. I lol'd...and then snapped a pic on my cellphone.

I've seen the exact twin of my C63 at the strip shopping center all the time (or maybe my vision is going away). ACG in San Diego alway seems to have a few they are modding.

2009 C63 AMG
I've never seen another C63 in the Sacramento area or anywhere for that matter. I see a bunch of C300's. M3's are pretty easy to come by in this area. A woman owns a convertible 2010 M3 a few houses down. She drives that thing like it's a Toyota Corolla, so I can't help but laugh.
