All IS-F have paddles, it's an 8 speed automatic with a locking torque convertor
It doesn't search for gears, just leave it in third and have a blast!
Typically faster from a stop than my M6.

oh ya you parked next to me.
as to the IS-F conversation my friend has one and his wife's IS 350 is faster. the F engine is too heavy for the small amount of extra power.
Besides it being a Lexus, why would anyone buy a car that would kill you for simply driving it? Just look at how desperate their TV ads are now. It took Audi the longest time to recover from their problem in the 80's and they are a German company

It's unfortunate I see 1-2 at least once a week around the DC metro area (tysons corner) and both of them were douche drivers who gunned it past me at over 30mph in a residential area at like 230am......in an area known for po po hanging out in.....
I see the same two black C63s and as soon as they see me they feel the need to speed past. *bud we drive the same car, I know what it's capable of*
I'm pretty sure they are both members on this forum as well....

saw 3 C63s this morning in 71 freeway in Chino Hills area in a span of 5 MINUTES...white, silver and gray 
and long time ago in Beverly Hills area saw 3 C63s in a span of 3 minutes.

I've only seen C63s at car meets here in Denver. I don't remember ever seeing one on the street. I've seen many more Audi RS4s out here. I guess the Quattro AWD makes it a more sensible buy for Colorado.

i see about 2-3 per day. And no, not always the same ones. There are a lot of them in Montreal. And i think there are more c250/c300 than honda civics around here.

But seriously, I've seen only 3 x C63 AMG on the road in my area in the past 2 years (white, black and a palladium like mine). (Montreal and South shore, Quebec, Canada)
Part of the reason I chose it, I like to have "rare" things

Honestly besides mine, I have seen another C63 in god knows how long. Not counting our monthly AMG gatherings.
