Custom interiors ?
Show your customs interiors !!

I can't imagine nobody tried something new for the interior. Maybe painting the COMMAND face in piano black , maybe a new stitching , anything !!

I need to refresh the interior

I want to put Recaro's in but according to Recaro they have no solution for the air bags. Apparently these new "smart" air bags measure drivers and passengers weight and change deployment speed accordingly.

Anyone else have info on this? Should probably start a thread I know Dad is running a different seat.

I would have loved a leather covered dash from the factory. Really the only thing I miss about my M5. well that and the unique v10 sound.

Leather covered dash is probably the only one i like as well as nicer door panels. The stock seats are so great, by far the best thing about the interior.

The diamond quilted seat reminded me of mid 70 Eldorado pimpmobiles. The plain two tone leather seats (ala the original C43) have class.

I was thinking about renewing the interior of my ML 63 at the time i had that one. However at the rate i'm switching cars i couldn't justify the cost. Love the interiors above though and good luck with your project i'm sure it's going to be beautiful!
