I did get an alignment, it went very well car is within spec and tracks very straight.

I did DIY but with someone who knew what they were doing. The only issue we found with the DIY instructions that were online is they were done on a non-amg car the rear calipers got in the way of one of the bolts that had to come out so we had to remove the calipers. Not a big deal just an extra step. Probably took 2 hours for everything.

I does look good but everyone that looked at the car went right to the back to see what it was then found no badges and looked pretty dumbfounded.

No DIY for me, I had my friend at the dealership do it for me... I didnt want to screw up something.

How long should I wait for the spring to settled before I go for an alignment? And should I do the alignment with my 18's or 19's? I'm so afraid they will scratch my deep dish lips.

I'd give it a week or two, it really shouldn't be that off anyway. You could probably get away with no alignment. And I'd have it done with the 19's on just go to a good shop that is used to working on high end cars.

If the car doesnt pull right or left, does it means I'm ok to get away from an alignment? I just want to keep a little negative camber in the back to ensure my 275 will clear??

I'd probably still have it done just to see where it is. There are no camber adjustments in the back.

.
Not sure about where your live, but in Vegas, the roads crown for rain runoff (when it does rain) so slight pull to right is normal.
