how do i use the headlight washer?

Question how do i use the headlight washer?
Hello guys,

I squeeze the windshield washer and it sprays. But my headlight washer only pop up once a while. Is there something that I did wrong? I squeezed like 10 times and pop up ones. Then I squeezed couple times and it pops out again.

They only come out and spray when the head lights are switched on.

I was told it's every 10th swipe of the windshield wiper that it comes out. After being flamed for not searching lol
