I think this kit looks very stock and better than any other kits out there.

Here are some additional pics from them:

Good stuff! I can't wait to see what kind of deal they can work on pricing...obviously, molding and installing this kit to our cars is going to be a significant undertaking...we're talking about having to re-spray A LOT of panels...I'm counting rear 1/4s (2), side sills (2), rear doors (2) and the rear bumper! 8-0

You can just get new outer lips on your HRE's. Probly do a 3" lip, and of course new tires. 295-315?

I just got another e-mail from them and it states that you can fit up to a 345 wide rear tire!!! YEE HAW!!!!!!! They are going to meet Monday and give us group pricing.

I am sure that you can run spacers or pick up new wider rear wheels and tires.

I have pricing for one set and its $1200 Euros + $350 Euro's for freight ($2200 USD) delivered to me here in Florida. I would assume another $1500 for installation and paint (just guessing). I don't know how much pricing will change but I do know that the parts are light and if multiple people order them we can divide that freight up accordingly. I would like to get the pricing down to at least $2000 USD per set delivered.
Who's still interested?? I know this isn't a cheap mod but its something that should have been out a long time ago and I'm glad its finally here.

FRP

No copying for me.
They did the R&D so I'll pay them for their design and success. If the pricing was outrageous I might think differently but they've done a nice job and should be rewarded.

Have you seen my new C/F trunk? The spoiler has a similar design?

I have, but yours goes up more than out. This also appears a little smaller.

Great price and the flares look amazing!!
Too bad I am running mono blocks. This means I would have to get another set of HRE's for the rear and the downside is I am running the M40's which HRE discontinued.

That size rubber would need a 12.5 or even better, a 13 x 19 wheel. Maybe it's just the pictures, but those fender flares don't look that big to me Looks like they also cut out the rear quarters for proper suspension travel?

Yeah, you would have to cutthe original quarters for travel. The tire would hit the original quarter every time the suspension is compressed. Dont know if im into that..

I'm in, too!
But I can only find tires for 295 or 305/30/18 which is direct upgrade from 255/40/18. I can't find 25 tire for 19. What's the recommendation for tires and wheels?

However, I am discussing with them the opportunity for a group purchase and will hopefully have pricing very soon. How many of you would seriously be interested in this kit if it turns out as well as I think it will?

If you have three piece wheels you can send them back and have them widened very easily. I have already contacted HRE and they can widen mine by simply replacing the outside wheel lip with a larger lip. I believe he said it has a 1.5" lip now and can change that to a 3" or larger lip so some nice 315 to 335 tires can be added. I will get them installed and let you know how wide we can go with this kit.

Please let me know if you are interested.

Thanks,
Keith

PLS advise more details about the detail spec. of tires and wheels! Is it necessary to have much bigger tires (diamater of whole tire) than OEM ones? for instance, 295 or 305/30/19 is much bigger than OEM ones.

I am still in the process of working out the details with HMS concerning these fenders. The series that you see is what they call the "Pre-series" and they still need some fitment clean up and they know that. They expect to have what they call the "Final-series" done in just a few weeks. They want me to purchase the pre-series and get them installed/painted and tire measurements made before the final-series is complete so you all will have all the fitment isses and tire options available when you need to make a decision.

I am seriously considering this because I can get a set right away and get started on them quickly. My body shop as many of you know is excellent and can do the clean up work that is required on the pre-series set without a problem. Then I can see how they fit and look and give you guys all the details. Then we can make some measurements for tires and figure out what fits before you have to make a decision on buying them.

We are talking about Dads Performance being able to offer these as well so they will be part of the whole body offering. Some of you have referred to this as Dads Perfomance BS Series and that sounds cool but they will be HMS fenders being distributed as part of the package. We are working on a group buy and I will advise as soon as I can but they want this set on my car and done before hand so we all have good information to make an educated decision.

All that being said I believe these fenders are our best option right now and will let you know as soon we get something in concrete. Thank you for your interest!!!
