AMG Jackets

I thought that, I would share some information with you all. Some of you might be wondering where you can buy a AMG Jacket from?
Well if your interested in your own AMG Jacket, although not OEM. I will tell you all where I got mine from. It's ebay!!
My gray and black jacket is slightly different, then the jacket displayed on ebay, as it has the Affalterbach crest on the back. My white and dark navy blue jacket, is like the black one shown on ebay. But regardless these are nice jacket! made of cotton and silk. Sorry about the quality of the photos, I took them this morning with my iphone.

Laugh it up, but you know you want one.
I've had mine for quite awhile and I recently wore it to an AMG Performance Drive in NY. And some of the AMG PL members inquired as to where, I got it from. So I thought why not share this with the MBWorld as well.

Both jackets looks nice but the grey one have a few AMG embroidery logos too many on the jacket.
These 2 embroiderys that doesn't fit or look good in place on the jacket are near the bottom waist front and rear.
This AMG bottom embroidery looks way too much somehow!
Otherwise jackets looks great!

Maybe if it was a little more understated. To much "LOOK AT ME I DRIVE AN AMG!!" for my taste. It says AMG in every possible spot it could say AMG.
The white and black one is better though.

Well everyone is entitled to his own opinion about the jacket. I'll simply say this, if you want one, go to ebay.

ehhhh it's a little too much AMG for me. If it was a simple hoodie with one AMG on the back or front I would've considered it.

Last year, a member of MBWorld created sweatshirts and hooded sweatshirts with the AMG crest on the left breast, and a large crest on the back. And I bought one, it was nice, but I never liked the color he choose. I will have to take a photo of it, when I get home. This would have been nice, if we had something similar with the AMG Private Lounge name on it. But he also created shirts, the had "Torque - My Antidrug" written on the front. That inspires me, to want to create my own shirt, and I know of a silk screening place near by. More to follow.....

Will do bro, I gave the creator of the sweatshirt so many ideas that I had. Maybe, I could do a search to find the original posts. Dam, that has got the creative juices flowing about this shirt. A big Affalterbach crest on the back, "One Man, One Engine" on the right sleeve, with a AMG logo on the front left breast, and maybe "The best or nothing!" on the other sleeve.
What do you think, and if it's a long sleeve shirt, put AMG in big letters down either the right or left sleeve. I don't want to many AMG's on it, as compared to the jacket.

Not so fast, this was just a idea. I haven't even talked to the silkscreen people yet. And honestly the shirt design was just something I thought up in like five minutes. I really need to find the original post for this, as I gave the originator of the shirts, at least twenty good ideas. But I will keep you all abreast, on this issue.

The biggest issue, I can see is cost. A few shirts, sweatshirts or even hooded sweatshirts will not be cheap, the savings comes with volume. But with a few, you have exclusivity, and people will ask you where you got that bad a** shirt from? So this might be a blessing in disguise.
