This looks very promising indeed. I can't wait to see how this plays out.

There might be a need for a lot of wider rear wheels to go with these new fenders. I'll see what I can do to set up some special pricing for the wheels for all the members that jump on a fender GB if one is set up.

Will there be just one specific design you'll be offering? Or will you have several ones?

I'll try to find a number of wheels that will work once we know exact dimensions on the fenders, but will definitely be able to offer any of the Modulare Forged wheels in the ideal width and offset to take full advantage of the increased wheel well space.

Mike,
Once I figure out what the desired wheel width will be should I send my HRE's back to them direct or go through you? I can resuse the centers and inside barrels. Just need the lip to go from 1.5" to 3" or more on the outside.

THANK YOU for your help.

Wheels look horrible but the wide body looks sick.

If you look at these photos closely you will see that the wheel is wider than the fender. That may work for nothing but looks but when you put this car on a track under hard conditions its going to rub badly. If you just want to look good then the smaller flares will probably be fine. However, if you track the car and want to lower it and still get the tire and wheel "inside" the fender you will need to wait for the larger flare package. I am guessing that we will be able to get a 11" or 11.5" wheel on and still tuck it under and inside the larger flares. That will be the road racing set up. Thank you for your patience.

When you say tucked in, will it be slightly tucked in which would make it look really awful? Or is it just a slight tuck?

How far you want it tucked in is up to you. You can make it look stock or make it poke out like the pictures above. Thats entirely up to you.

I spoke with HMS just last week and we are looking at the end of August or first of September before the new design is done and ready for release.

They will be larger than anything you see in the pictures. They have not been made yet.

Don't want to steal your thread Keith. This looks like another widebody.
Is this photoshoped? It looks like Renntech.
What kind of hood is this?

Can't wait, honestly after seeing the integrated-spoiler trunk and the hood, I have a feeling these fenders are gonna be off the hook!!

Hey Guys,
I am still waiting on the wider fenders. I have the original set that I purchased and was going to send back and exchange for the wider set but that involves more freight expense etc.. With that being said is anyone interested in the standard kit that is pictured and shown in this thread?? I will ship it complete for $1500 plus freight which is WAY less than it cost me. Its just sitting in the box it came in. The kit has four pieces per side. Anyone interested?

Man that sounds like a great deal...what kind of labor will be required for full installation? I want to get a good sense of what it is actually going to take to install and mold this kit.

I would estimate around $2000 for the installation and paint. I could be wrong but I can't imagine it being much more. Then you have whatever new wheels and tires or run spacers on your stock set up.
