For those interested in getting a vented hood and concerned about water, i drove last night for 30 minutes through some of the heaviest rain imaginable, so heavy my wipers could barely keep up even on full. When i got home i immediately opened bonnet and looked at engine bay and could not see a drop of water anywhere. Whether water entered and turned to steam or something i just dont know but the engine compartment was bone dry.
