Steering Wheel Vibration/Bent wheel/sway bar links

So my right front wheel (inner barrel) is bent. Im replacing it. Very recently I had a nasty rattle that MB diagnosed as my sway bar links. They replaced them and problem was solved.

Can this be a direct result of the vibrations caused by the bent wheel at high speeds?

Absolutely. Any type of small vibration over time can cause proportional damage and uneven-ness...

Guess I need to get that off asap. Good thing MB didnt call me on it since it was an aftermkt wheel.

Another reason not to bring it in for service with mods on.

Pretty sure I figured out what it was thanks to u guys and getting new front tires. My old front tires where a size to big at 235/45/18 my new ones are 235/40/18. While turning lock in parking lots or getting gas u can hear a clunk in the front suspension. Either control arm ball joints being warn. So I'm going to replace all four arms up front
