I think they're aftermarket ones
The stock parktronic sensors are flush with the surface of the bumper cover and don't look as pronounced or surface mounted as those do in the pics. My car also has six on the front and four on the rear.

It shouldnt really matter, It would be moving air across the brakes regardless of which way they are oriented. One way it would be pushing cool air into the wheel wells, the other way it would be pulling hot air out of the wheel wells.
