high flow catalytic converters

Hey guys i just have a couple of questions on high flow catalytic converters.
1. which options do i have if i just want to replace my secondary cats?
2. how much louder can i expect my exhaust to be just from replacing the secondary cats?
3. I've noticed that Kleemann makes highflow cats but i havent seen them selling them without also selling their headers. Does anyone know if its possible just to get their cats and who i could contact to get those?

any help would be great thanks

Flowmaster and Magnaflow have cats that can be replaced with your secondary cats. They just need to be welded.

the sound wont change, if you want it to change, you would have to remove them completely.

if your looking for a louder sound, remove the secondary cats with the resonators

the only problem is that i live in california so i cant remove the secondary cats completely. Is there any small mod i can do (i.e removing resonator or high flow cats) in order to get a significant increase in exhaust volume? I've thought about removing the resonator but i've heard that reduces low end power
