AutoCross in SoCal (Irvine) next Sunday; need AMGs
California Sports Car Club (CSCC), SoCal branch of SCCA, is having an autocross in El Toro (Irvine Great park) next sunday, july 24th.

It's just practice runs, with a mile long course marked by cones. It's a lot of fun, and lets you (legally) find the limits of your AMG.
Last time I was there, there were many BMWs, Porsches, and Corvettes. Only one MB/AMG (me). So please, come out and have some fun with your AMGs! You'll be amazed how fast your C63s can take those turns and slaloms. Who says AMGs are not track cars? Of course, any other Mercedes or AMG owners are welcome and needed too. You're just racing against the clock, in a friendly atmosphere of car lovers.
