ECU flashing question

C63 & 10.4sec 300zx twin turbo
ECU flashing question
I just had a question for everyone that has done a performance ecu flash on their C63 . I just wanted to know if the vendor has to open the ECU to flash it. Please reply with the vendor you flashed with and if they opened the ECU to do the flash.

2008 C63 ,2009 SL 63 AMG, 2011 SLS AMG
When your flashing your ECU, it has to be opened. Have a well known professional vendor work on it. you dont want some loser to poorly seal your ECU. When it is not sealed properly, air will get it and it will damage the ECU. you have many good vendors such as Kleeman, Renntech, OEtuning, MHP, Brabus. I want to tell you to stay away from a couple of vendors but I fear I will get an infraction from the mods. give me a private message and I will help you
