Cluster Display
Does anyone know how we can maintain the AMG display on the C63 showing speed, gear, oil temp and water temp. When I switch the car back on, the cluster reverts back to the default trip meter setting.

me too, I just left tap twice and I'm there.....plus I'm always tapping that thing checking this and that you know.......doesn't really bug me, but I know what you mean..

much research for my 09 proved useless. my new '11 stays on the display you set until you change. Conversely it always goes to C tranny mode at the start up, so...

Now if you figure out a way, so that the AMG logo is displayed on the COMAND, at startup? Then you would really have something, so that all the C63 owners could benefit from.

my 2009 would always reset to the mileage screen... my 2010 stays where i left it last... perhaps an update from dealer can fix the 2009. i don't see why it would be that difficult

My 2010 stays on the cluster display last in use. May be try resetting COMAND however this will mean you will lose phone book entries, navigation favourites etc etc, or better still see if the dealer can do it. It must be some pretty simple programming tweak as I do not believe COMAND has changed that much with each model upgrade??

I just don't see it as a really big deal, you can always get any of the 7 menus anytime you want to. It is not a hassle to me, you can get the AMG menu in less than a second(push the left arrow), the AMG screen is the last on the right.
