I think the car looked better without the rear splitters. Also I think the CF weave is different - seems smaller to me.
Aside from that - sick ride man. Those bronze wheels are haunting me from the moment I saw your car. Great combo

What up guys! I hope everyone is having a wonderful day. I just wanted to share a couple of things that were done to my car recently. Previously I had these black vinyl eyelids and decided to take them off since I switched to LED bulbs for the eyelids and also got HID Fogs (6000K). And it just looks much better at night.
The next mod I did came across from what I saw on Ebay. Here's the link: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Mercedes-Ben...a47c60&vxp=mtr. When i first saw these CF rear splitters, I wasn't sure how they would actually look in person but I just knew they would complete the rear look from the side view. Turns out, they were perfect fit. I used 3m tape and drilled two taps on the bottom per each side. The drilling imo is probably not necessary but I wouldn't risk it with just 3m tape. Honestly, I'm really digging the splitters the more I look at it. Now I just need a CF side skirt add on to complete the look. I feel such a CF ***** . Haha! Anyway, enjoy the pictures below.

TBH, I have been eying this pair for quite some time. I was just on the verge last night of posting to ask if anybody has done this add-on. Because I wasn't sure about how it'll blend in on my white one.
But I guess it can't be too bad according to your result.
btw, I read in that ebay listing that it's pre-drilled. Where are the drill holes on these two pieces? Bottom?

Nice job lycca on the rear skirts... it looks great on your black car. I also bought replicas for my rear skirts, and fitment was good.
You definitely need a CF sideskirts from Revozport to complete the look. Good luck finding some replica as I couldn't find any. I ended buying the real deal, they are expensive from Revozport.

As for the holes, mine didn't come pre-drilled. But it was easy to drill from the bottom.

Thanks for the great comments, guys!
I'm pretty sure it would block them if you have the license plate right in front. However, you can always adjust its location and perhaps place it under the sensor.
They're not pre-drilled. But it does it have the drill points to show you where to drill.

I been looking around for a new roof spoiler to replace my old one from JL Motoring for quite some time. I actually found a pretty good one on ebay that sits higher and more agressive to match my Vorsteiner spoiler. Fitment turned out great too! I'm happy with the outcome. Just wanted to share with you guys. I'm still searching for some CF side skirts add-on s but the ones I've seen are like $1000+ which is pretty steep. And I need to get a hood. When will this madness ever stop ! Haha!
Let me know what you guys think:

Wow, that is a sick roof spoiler.. So aggressive, perfect match with ur V trunk spoiler.
Good luck with ur search on the sideskirts.. I couldn't find any rep so I ended up buying the real deal from Revozport. I know member BK63 found some rep, but he didn't tell us from where he got them.

Is there anyway you could go into a little more detail how you modded the 2012 grill to fit. Pictures of what dremel work had to be done. Trying to decide if it worth ordering a $500 grill.

Oh I understand now... sorry for the misunderstanding! I only knew 1 company (BOCA) who makes the Revozport sideskirts replica, but they are not exactly the same.

Happy Monday all!
Last week I got a couple things done for my interior. Previously, I had my trims wrapped with some non-branded CF vinyl and eventually disliked it. So this time I went with Hexis CF wrap and I believe it turned out amazing. The weave patterns are smaller which is to my liking and surface is very smooth. Installation was a pain because I had to take off all 4 door panels just to detach the trims. Also, I finally replaced all my interior lights to white LED's. Was so tired with the factory bulbs because I couldn't see anything in the dark. These lights are hella bright and weren't cheap and don't throw off any error codes or flickers. Definitely one of the best LED lights I've ever bought. Here's the pix below. Enjoy!

Do those size rims make it easier to clean the barrel of the rims?
I have a hell of a time dragging a rag across the rims to clean the barrel, especially under the disc brake dust cover and behind the front calipers.
My arms end up all black from having to tug and pull the towel from each side of the wheel.
Next mod should be new brake pads, these things are as dusty as ever.
