Few pics taken by a friend of mine who was at the IAA today.
He said the stand around the C63 BS was so crowded it was almost impossible to take a decent pic.

 

Interesting......those Dunlops don't even exist according to their website and the tread pattern does not match any of the other Sport Maxx derivatives. I wonder if this is a new R compound similar to a Corsa or Cup? This will impact the production Ring times significantly especially with a 255/35 up front.

 

The new Dunlop's have been developed between Mercedes and the tire manufacturer specifically for this car. Like the forged wheels, the tires will be part of the optional track package and in combination with a less intrusive stability management and aero package will improve lap times significantly.

 

The black series is interesting

 

This car is just disgusting...and I mean that in a good way...I will have to figure out how to get my hands on one ASAP...the fenders, headlights, wheels...just incredible.

I was there last monday, and i must admit, the car looks amazing in the flesh, even the rear wing that i disliked first, looks nice on the car !

Thats IT? If i were looking at a new car i would pay the extra money for the black series. Looking at an E63 or CLS63 i think this thing takes the cake IMHO

Also does anyone else think they bunged up the bumper on cls with that huge chrome strip across whole trunk piece, and then crammed as much letters and emblems in as they could... yuk

I would so take it with the rear seat option and cram as many people as I could back there, then scare the carp out of them! Hey, it is Halloween!

 

I would love to pick one up in a couple years. I want the red one with aero pack and without the wing. With a nice aggressive cf spoiler instead
