Happy to report that tonight I ran a 12.39 @ 114 at etown...that's with a crap 2.09 60'.
My best previous stock time was 12.77@113.
Even on street tires I know I can shave a couple tenths off my 60'...with DRs I believe this car will run 11's.
On iPhone now...will post timeslip manana.

I agree that my trap should increase more - I believe (hope) that it can I just need more track time to learn how to launch properly.

Launching better will really only help your ET. Your trap speeds are likely valid. You could have a terrible 60', yet still have the trap speed you should expect.

Agreed, and that was exactly my concern. Although more practice will likely improve the ETs a bit, the trap speed shouldn't change much. To me a tuned car should be trapping better than 114mph in decent conditions.

FWIW, I ran my car in S mode. When stock, I alternated runs btwn S and M mode and experienced traps that were about 2MPH faster. What i discovered was S mode = better ETs/lower traps and M mode = higher traps and lower ETs...This was consistent
across every run...any thoughts on why?

Jon's C63 stock was trapping 115 on stock tires. His best trap with an OE tune was 119 on street tires. This is why I say track times show the big picture. 113 is quite low for a 540 HP car. Hopefully we can meet up BK or you come to a track event soon with some DR's. Ill help you get that car dialed in.

I was trapping btwn 111-113 when stock. I'm really want to see if I can pull higher traps because it is a little disappointing to think that the tune hasn't given me the increased performance that I expected.
I'm going back to the track tomorrow to see if my traps improve...if they don't then, I guess I'll know where I stand :-/...fingers crossed.

I agree 113-114mph is STOCK trap speeds. That's what I used to run stock.
Since having put in Renntech stage 2, my trap speed increased to 119mph which is a high 11 second trap.
Also, after putting in the tune, I could spank the M5, which I could never do stock.
Trap speed = king.
