Paging faresuae, madbobo, kevwood, vip4uae or any other DUBAI members - need help
So I've been driving my c63 for 3 days now and my check engine light just came on. I haven't had a chance to have the code read, but in the states it kept coming on and they replaced a certain intake hose because it was leaking. Another dealer said it needed the intake gaskets replaced but the place I took it said they were fine....
In any case, the US warranty obviously doesn't apply here so I need some good recommendations on independent MB guys who:
1. Aren't going to rip me off just because its a C63 and
2. Know what they're doing
I'm pretty handy myself, having changed intake manifold gaskets, and lots of other parts on my older BMWs but this is my first foray into MB ownership.

p.s. any idea how many DXB c63 owners there are here who are also board members - a meet and greet would be nice

I think we can help here on the forum. What mods do you have? I also have had CEL in the past caused by my K&N filters. Do you have aftermarket air filters. Have you put lower quality gas latety from a different gas station?
You might want to start with reseting the battery for a couple of hours and see if the CEL dissapears.

Or if you go to other Garage just check the car with StarDaz it will give you what problems you have just in 5min to 10
