Considering your in Bloomington, Indiana there aren't very well known tuners in any state expect 250 miles west towards Illinois.
I think I have a sneaking suspicion who it is but I don't wanna point any finger unless I know its 100% true.

Whoever the tuner is I will say that they are dead wrong in this situation, they have no right treating they're customers like this.
I would break the relationship with them unless you guys have some unsettled balance that needs to be sorted out.

I AM JEFF and GHAZAN...strange how you guys have so much inside info. Even stranger is the fact that all you guys ever post in is MHP threads or threads bashing MHP competitors. Y should be a little more subtle, it pretty clear who you guys are.

My "inside" info is because I'm friends with Matt. I don't have MHP parts or any other tuners. Glad you've done your due diligence on that matter.
