If it's not too late in the day on Friday, I can try to sign up and go, but it depends on the time.Originally Posted by enochroot

the roll runs will start around 1:30 and go until close at about 5, but those signing up just for roll runs need to be at the track by 12 to register and be present for the driver's meeting

Thanks for the prompt feedback.
I really wish I could attend, but it's going to be pushing it timewise for me.

If there's any way possible, you really should try to attend.

I would be there 100% if I could. I just know it won't work as far as timing goes. Originally Posted by xtyper

I have to be in LA by like 4:30pm and I can't be late. So, when I factor in the drive back from the course and potential traffic, it would be hard to pull off.
I really want to run too. And I want to see your new car with the new parts.

I understand. If anything changes on your end, please let me know so maybe would could roll up together.Originally Posted by SonnyakaPig

MHP goodies and Kleemann tune getting installed Nov 4 next week, just in time for the event. Hopefully I teach those exotics to respect our little C63s!

I'll be there at 12 - bone stock P31, except for the Eisenmann Race exhaust.
I remember the days when 500HP was considered LEGIT, now it's just the baseline!
Looking forward to hearing your MHP setup!

I'm working on something right now to see if I can make it. I'll let you know by tomorrow hopefully and I'll inquire of OP then to see if there are still some spaces for the roll runs. Originally Posted by xtyper

Your C63 will no doubt have a great showing there on the roll runs!

Thanks guys. If it sounds anything like my MBH setup did, it should draw quite a bit of attention. Originally Posted by SonnyakaPig

Look forward to seeing you both out there.

Feel free to update my car's quoted horsepower to 550, as the MHP longtube headers & mids and Kleemann tune will be installed by the event. I'm hoping that 550hp is even a conservative figure.

We should do a side by side run to compare against stock with P31.
Do you have a GoPro cam?

Yes, we definitely have to pit the C63s against each other. Unfortunately I don't have a GoPro. Do you have one, or know anybody you could borrow from? I have a feeling this event will make for some great videos and forum posting. Originally Posted by enochroot

What happens if it rains? The current forecast shows a good possibility.

Just watched the morning news, was wondering the same thing, not good!
The event run rains or shine, us RWD guys will just have to install machine guns and rockets to give us a chance against the GTR's and Porsche's.
We talked to the track and they said to go by the weather report on their website and that the actual track is only looking at a 20% chance which is usually fine.
Either way, it will still be a fun event. Rain will just have to make us extra careful and practice some oversteer.

Weather is starting to look good for Friday so the Roll Run is still on right? I read somewhere on the website that you would cancel the roll run.Originally Posted by VetteFish

everything is going as planned, roll runs and all. the only way roll runs will be cancelled is if it rains during that time. and if they are, we will just do road course sessions all day...which will be offered to those coming out for roll runs.
but as of right now, roll runs are still planned
