Sorry, I can't read German. But it is a great install.
I love the mouse on the stock system to control Sirius/XM. I've got Sirius/XM installed on 3 other cars using Pioneer and Kenwood. Its a huge pain to navigate around on those systems. The unit in the C CLass makes it very easy with the mouse.
For that reason, while I'll build a system as you have, I'll probably retain the stock head unit so I don't have to give up that mouse unless an aftermarket supplier can include mouse integration.
But you have a very impressive install there.

Its not my system - I'm a CLK (AMG) guy, I just saw it and found it interesting.
And - I would keep the OE radio also, there are soo many solutions for replacements, but only few good ones and the radio is for me the weakest point here...
