Yes there is pad and this one is the best one i have found localy. The best part is that it goes all the way to the top of the back rest. The car seat does not touch the leather. I will get you the name tomorrow.

probably the Prince Lionheart one--we have these in all of our cars and it saves the leather seats from scratches. You'll still get some indents in the seat, but they pop back out once the car seat is out and you massage the seat a little--a little heat helps too.
I don't leave the car seat in my C63, but I do use one in it occasionally for my 3 yr. old daughter and you'd never know there was one in there after its removed.

jboogie... so how practical has the c63 coupe been with the baby in tow? I'm guessing the 4 door would naturally be more practical, but does the coupe suffice?
