We are considering creating an aluminum strut brace for the C63 (would fit any W204s actually). It would be lightweight aluminum and dress up the engine bay as well as increase stiffness. We are looking to target this under $450. Just trying to see if there is any interest here if we did a group buy.

Solid or Multi-piece? Will it be wrapped in Carbon Fiber?

Not sure as of yet, it may be milti-piece, but I cannot say for sure yet. It will not be wrapped in carbon, we are trying to keep the cost as low as possible on these.

 

So guys, we have once dealt with this company from Taiwan, and have had very good result with them. It turns out they make an aluminum strut bar already for the W204 C300 and C63. The quality seems very good, and we have had good results from them in the past. The price is lower then we can do it for. If we got 10 people we can sell these for $364 each. Let me know what you guys think.
