Where is the best (AKA cheapest) place to buy a new star? I don't want a new grill just the chrome star. Thanks!

C63 grill star is unique in size and they don't sell it it separately and it doesn't have it's own part number

But it does pop out and can be removed for paint or wrapping

I know this doesnt help but the full grill is $300 at getmercedesparts.com

You have to get the entire grill. Mercedes won't sell you just the star - my trusted body shop tried to get one for me last year but no dice.
