For sure and the fact that with the valve closed it is almost lower than stock, which makes coming home late easier. My son complains I wake him up now!

What would this sound like without headers? The headers will mess up warranty . I believe so .

Still will be pretty loud! Unfortunately I don't believe any videos of this system without the headers exist.

This is Jonathan's car. He has the slip on from the x-pipe where the secondary cats go to the tips with the valves... hope this answers your question!
