C63 has a theft deterrent back up (I found)
I found out by accident that the C63 comes with an anti-thef device that I wasn't aware of. This is how I found out:
I had the car locked and with the alarm activated. I opened just the trunk and I disconnected the battery, a moment later I heard an alarm. I then asked my friends and they told me that it was my own car... I was like WTF!!
Yes indeed, it was my car.
I did reconnect the battery then disengaged the alarm with the remote control and disconnected the battery again and this time the alarm sound was gone.
Mybest guess is that the C63 has this back up alarm in case that someone tries to disconnect the battery.
