Has anyone upgraded their audio?
Not by installing the interface, but in terms of the headunit or amp or speakers.

If so, can you post some info?

I had a quote for around 1800 bucks to install some new speakers, amp and 10" sub that worked off the stock unit.

I passed... Would rather spend the coin on performance, the premium pkg speakers sound good to me.

My price I paid was $1400 for my setup, I have 12" JLW7AE, Pioneer Stage 4 Amp, & JL Clean Sweep.

Planning on upgrading all the door speakers soon.

+1, the exhaust note isn't too shabby either.

I'm actually impressed with the stock stereo. It's way better than my M3 and also better than our ML350.
