Scratch removal illuminated door sills
Hi AMG enthusiasts!
I currently drive a 2011 C63 PP+ and I am very happy with the car.
She is also equipped with the factory option "illuminated door sills".
Unfortunately, these stainless steel parts are mounted on top of the entrance area where your shoes will scratch them.
I always try to be very careful by going in and out, but passengers and also myself will hit the door sills from time to time.
Is there any way to polish out or remove these scratches, I guess the sills are covered with a clear coat, so I don`t want to ruin the coat.
Any ideas or suggestions are welcome, I would really like to re-condition these parts.
